Shipping Policy
Please allow 7 business days to process and ship your order.
International Shipping
Be aware that tariffs and taxes may be charged to you by government policies. International shipping charges do not include any applicable import taxes, customs duties, or fees that are due upon entry into the destination country.
All duties, fees, and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient, and are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Customs policies vary
widely from country to country and can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Orders Not Received
Once a package leaves our warehouse, we are no longer responsible for it. At that point, it is the responsibility of the carrier. All lost/stolen package claims must be handled with them directly.
Memory Place is not responsible for any theft of product or delivery to the wrong address.

Retailer Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You are responsible for ALL shipping costs, including the shipping charges incurred when you first purchased the product as well as the cost of shipping the product back to us.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll receive a full refund on your original payment method within 10 business days. Any shipping cost that you incur to return a product to us will not be refunded. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale / clearance items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
